- How do I get the App?

1. On your mobile device, click: iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
OR in the App Store or Google Play store, search for "DCN Next Summit"
2. Open the app and click the event download icon.
3. Log in using the name and email used during registration.
4. If you don't receive your verification code, there is a button to re-send at bottom.
If you still don't receive your verification code:
- Make sure you used your registration email
- Make sure it didn't get sent to spam

- Event Timing:
- Board members and affiliate representatives who have been invited to join the Board meeting should plan to arrive at the hotel on February 13th in time for the 4:00pm meeting.
If you’re not attending the invitation-only DCN Board Meeting, please plan to arrive at the hotel by 7:00pm on February 13th for the opening cocktails and dinner. - The DCN Next: Summit ends at Noon on February 15th.

- What is your Covid policy?
- The safety of our members, speakers and staff is a top priority. DCN will not require proof of vaccination to attend the Next: Summit however we strongly recommend that in-person attendees be vaccinated and ask that you stay home if you are symptomatic. We will monitor all local, state and federal guidelines and adjust this requirement if necessary.

- Does the registration fee include a hotel room?
- Yes, the registration fee includes a room at The Conrad for the nights of 2/13 & 2/14 only. Your hotel reservation will be handled by DCN; you don’t need to contact the hotel directly.

- If I wish to add additional nights to my stay at The Conrad after the event is over, what is the best way to do that?
- If you wish to extend your stay at The Conrad after the DCN Next: Summit, we have secured a limited amount of rooms at a special rate. Please contact Sue Levey to arrange your additional nights: [email protected].

- If I have reserved nights other than 2/13 & 2/14, do I need to provide a credit card to reserve the rooms?
- No, it will be noted on the rooming list. The additional room charge will be added to the attendee’s final guest receipt.

- Should I contact the hotel to reserve a room?
- No. Please do not contact the hotel at any time. We work with The Conrad’s special events team on our rooming list for the Summit. All rooming questions and requests should be directed to DCN at: [email protected]. Please put "Summit Rooming Question" in subject line.

- What is your refund policy?
- We aren't able to issue any refunds for your registration fee however you may transfer your registration to a colleague. The following is our process to transfer your registration. Please email to [email protected] to notify us you want your registration cancelled and the name of the person who will be taking your place. The new person must register (and pay) for a new registration before we can refund your original transaction
