Tamara Adlin
Tamara Adlin is an author, speaker, and consultant in the fields of user experience, executive alignment, startup strategy, and career development for women, especially in technical fields. She co-authored the Persona Lifecycle books, which have become part of the User Experience canon. Since then, she has developed a new Alignment Persona methodology to bring alignment to executive and stakeholder teams and clarity and focus to entire organizations. In her consulting work, she has worked with established companies from Apple to Zillow, dozens of startups, and international organizations like the United Nations. Before launching her own business, Tamara was a User Experience Team Leader at Amazon. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from University of Washington.

Dr. Augustine Fou is an independent cybersecurity and ad fraud researcher who helps clients identify and remove fraud impacting their marketing campaigns. He is an industry-recognized thought leader in digital strategy and integrated marketing. Dr. Fou was the former Chief Digital Officer of Omnicom’s Healthcare Consultancy Group, a $100 million agency group serving pharma, medical device, and healthcare clients and served as SVP, digital strategy lead, at McCann Worldgroup/MRM Worldwide. Dr. Fou taught digital strategy at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and Rutgers University's Center for Management Development. He started his career in New York City with McKinsey & Company.
Timothy McElreath
Tim is the Senior Product Manager for Emerging Platforms at Discovery, Inc. and leads cross-functional teams that integrate voice, chat, and conversational user experiences into the overall DTC Digital strategy of popular brands like Food Network and HGTV. He serves as an advisor for multiple organizations focused on voice technology and is a frequent podcast guest. Over the last 25 years he’s worked in both engineering and design roles for media companies, financial services firms, government, and digital agencies.
Aram Zucker-Scharff
Aram Zucker-Scharff is the Director for Ad Engineering in The Washington Post’s Research, Experimentation and Development group where he leads the creation of platforms and code related to advertising technology for The Post and its partners. He is also the lead developer for the open-source tool PressForward and has consulted on content strategy and digital newsroom workflows. He was one of Folio Magazine’s 15 under 30 in the magazine media industry. Aram previously worked as Salon.com’s full stack developer and a strategist for CFO Magazine. He has also worked as a journalist, a community manager and a journalism educator and contributed to WordPress Core. He has appeared in The Atlantic, AdExchanger, Digiday, Poynter, Nieman Lab, Journalism.co.uk and the Columbia Journalism Review.
