  • Event Timing
    • Board members and affiliate representatives who have been invited to join the Board meeting should plan to arrive at the hotel on January 15th in time for the 4:00pm meeting.
    • If you’re not attending the invitation-only DCN Board Meeting, please plan to arrive at the hotel by 7:00pm on January 15th for the opening cocktails and dinner.
    • The DCN Next: Summit ends at Noon on January 17th.
       
  • What is the registration fee?
    • The registration fee for the 2020 DCN Next: Summit is $2,950 (for registrations completed before Friday, November 29, 2019) and $3,150 (for registrations between November 30-January 15, 2020).
       
  • Does the registration fee include a hotel room? 
    • Yes, the registration fee includes a room at the Mandarin Oriental for the nights of 1/15 & 1/16 only.  Your hotel reservation will be handled by DCN; you don’t need to contact the hotel directly.
    • You will not need a confirmation number to check into the hotel; please use your name.

  • Should I contact the hotel to reserve a room?
    • No. Please do not contact the hotel at any time. We work with the Mandarin Oriental’s special events team on our rooming list for the Summit. All rooming questions and requests should be directed to DCN at: [email protected]. Please put "Summit Rooming Question" in subject line.
       
  • Does the registration fee include meals?
    • Yes, the registration fee includes all meals and entertainment.
       
  • How far is the hotel from the Miami airport?
    • The Mandarin Oriental hotel is located about 20 minutes from the Miami airport. There are multiple options for transportation to the hotel when you land including taxi, ride share services and shuttles. 
       
  • If I wish to add additional nights to my stay at the Mandarin Oriental after the event is over, what is the best way to do that?
    • If you wish to extend your stay at the Mandarin Oriental after the DCN Next: Summit, we have secured a limited amount of rooms at a special rate. Please contact Brian Shaer to arrange your additional nights: [email protected].
       
  • If I have reserved nights other than 1/15 & 1/16, do I need to provide a credit card to reserve the rooms?
    • No, it will be noted on the rooming list.  The additional room charge will be added to the attendee’s final guest receipt.
       
  • “I entered my boss’s email, but I get an error message”
    • Email Tim Harrison ([email protected]).  We may have his/her incorrect email address on file.
       
  • What is your refund policy?
    • We aren't able to issue any refunds for your registration fee however you may transfer your registration to a colleague. To transfer your registration, please email [email protected] with the name, title, email of the person you will be transferring your event registration to.
       
  • Do you need attendee flight information?
    • Yes, it would be helpful if you could provide this information to Brian Shaer ([email protected]).
