JiaJia leads product teams responsible for the Home screen and personalization capabilities. Together with the newsroom, her teams enable, test, and scale presentation formats, targeting, and algorithmic programming to improve subscriber engagement and amplify editorial judgment. Prior to The Times, JiaJia worked at YouTube, where she focused on child safety product measures across Machine Learning recommendations and video removals. She lives in South San Francisco, California with her husband.
