We’ve arranged a 45-minute session on the Apple App Store ruling with 30 minutes of Q&A with Dustee Jenkins, Chief Public Affairs Officer at Spotify, to discuss their rapid response to the recent court ruling on Apple’s App Store changes. Following the Q&A, Ms. Jenkins will drop off the call and we'll use the last 15 minutes for members-only discussion to share challenges and next steps,

Why this matters:

  • Real-time intelligence: Spotify rolled out its App Store update within 24 hours of the court’s decision—one of the first major subscription companies to act.
  • Strategic guidance: Their real-time experience offers immediate learnings on how publishers should prioritize and operationalize similar changes.
  • High relevance: The outcome of Apple’s appeal and stay requests (including a pending emergency stay decision) will continue to shape DCN members strategy (short and long-term) in the days and weeks ahead.

Recommended attendees:

  • Executives responsible for App Store and/or subscription strategy
  • Policy and legal leads monitoring platform litigation and compliance

We strongly encourage your participation and invite you to bring the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure your organization is well-informed on this fast-evolving issue.  This is a free event for DCN members. The unique, members-only attendee list allows for open conversation, information sharing and networking.
