Kelsey Alpaio (she/her) is a Senior Associate Editor at Harvard Business Publishing. In her role, she is focused on researching and developing new digital content formats and growing new audiences for the organization. When she’s not making TikToks or filming her next YouTube video, you can find her editing articles for HBR Ascend on all things work, life, and identity. Prior to joining HBP, she was an editor at Innovation Leader, an independent media and events company focused on helping innovators in large organizations deliver impact. Kelsey received undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Political Science from Lehigh University, where she also earned an M.Eng. in Technical Entrepreneurship.
