Sarah Personette is the CEO of Puck, a media company founded in 2021 to cover the inside conversation at the nexus of Wall Street, Washington, Silicon Valley, Hollywood, sports, art, and fashion. Puck has introduced an innovative business model that puts journalists at the center of the company. Since joining in January 2024, Sarah has led Puck’s long-term strategic vision and day-to-day operations, driving market expansion, product innovation, and a refined go-to-market strategy—all with a focus on operational excellence and bottom-line growth.
A seasoned executive in media and technology, Sarah previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Twitter, overseeing global revenue, customer relationships, and business operations through the company’s sale in 2022. She has also held leadership roles at Refinery29, Facebook, and Universal McCann, building and scaling high-performing teams across the industry. In addition to her role at Puck, she serves on the TileBar Board and is actively engaged in philanthropic and industry organizations, including the Hackensack Meridian Healthcare Riverview Hospital Board and the ANA CMO Growth Council.
