Marta Kusztra is a Director of UX and Product Design at HBR. Over the past 20 years, she has worked extensively in communication design—pivoting from industrial product and city information systems to printed matter and, finally, digital experiences. During this time, she has been involved at all stages of the design process in projects that took her from her native Poland, to London, Shanghai and Cambridge, where she now lives.
