                                    After Google changed its algorithm and released AI search results, many publishers started to see organic search and direct traffic declines. Even before this happened, Harvard Business Review’s marketing team was thinking about ways to develop a “virtuous circle” of traffic that is less reliant on search, more cost efficient, and more relevant to visitors.
