- Board members and affiliate representatives who have been invited to join the DCN Board meeting should plan to arrive at the hotel on February 7th in time for the 4:00pm meeting.
If you’re not attending the invitation-only DCN Board meeting, please plan to arrive at the hotel by 7:00pm on February 7th for the opening cocktails and dinner. - The DCN Next: Summit ends at 12:30PM on February 9th.

- Yes, the registration fee includes a room at The Charleston Place Hotel for the nights of 2/7 & 2/8 only. Your hotel reservation will be handled by DCN; you don’t need to contact the hotel directly.

- If I wish to add additional nights to my stay at The Charleston Place Hotel after the event is over, what is the best way to do that?
- If you wish to extend your stay at The Charleston Place Hotel after the DCN Next: Summit, we have a limited number of rooms at a special rate. Please contact Emily at: [email protected].

- No, it will be noted on the rooming list. The additional room charge will be added to the attendee’s final guest receipt.

- Should I contact the hotel to reserve a room?
- No. Please do not contact the hotel at any time. We work with hotel’s special events team on our rooming list for the Summit. All rooming questions and requests should be directed to DCN at: [email protected]. Please put "Summit Rooming Question" in subject line.

- What is your refund policy?
- We aren't able to issue any refunds for your registration fee however you may transfer your registration to a colleague. The following is our process to transfer your registration. Please email to [email protected] to notify us you want your registration cancelled and the name of the person who will be taking your place. The new person must register (and pay) for a new registration before we can refund your original transaction
