The Washington Post’s Jessica Gilbert discusses how The Post is building new experiences for its audience to not only create rituals for existing readers but also draw in new subscribers. She will dive into two of the latest product offerings from The Post: “Newsprint,” a personalized AI-driven feature that presents a subscriber’s most read news topics, journalists and stories from the past year along with recommendations of other new areas to explore; and a soon-to-be-launched daily news quiz.
